By accessing and using Zriana Heritage, you agree to respect the century-old traditions and intellectual properties presented in our crafts. These terms govern your use of our digital boutique and bespoke Order services.

Each piece of Chikankari is hand-carved, hand-blocked, and hand-stitched. Due to the high-fidelity nature of manual artisan work, natural variations in color, weave, and stitch tension are not flaws but signatures of genuine craftsmanship. Our digital representation aims for 100% accuracy, yet screen calibrations may slightly alter tonal perceptions.

Our masterpieces are processed with extreme care. Shipping timelines for ready-to-wear items range from 5-10 business days. Bespoke or custom-commissioned pieces may require 8-12 weeks for artisanal creation. All timelines are estimates and prioritize the quality of craft over speed of delivery.

All designs, narratives, imagery, and the Zriana 'stitching' methodology are protected. Reproduction or commercial use of our heritage assets without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

As these are hand-crafted items, we offer exchanges only for verified structural defects within 48 hours of delivery. We do not offer returns for change of mind, as every piece is a unique investment in heritage.
